Day 1
Meet and Greet
We will arrive at either Errachidia airport or your hotel around 9:00 AM, where you will meet the local team that will accompany you and we will start this adventure.
Transfer to Ziz Valley
The Ziz is a river that joins the wadi Rhéris to form the wadi Daoura, losing itself in the Sahara.
Transfer to the Museum of the Fossils
We will travel by a 4×4 vehicle to the local fossil museum, with an English tour guide explaining the origin of each artefact.
Transfer to Erisani Market
We will visit the market, recognizing the main crafts and local products that traditional hands make guarding our traditions.
Lunch
We will try the wonderful Moroccan gastronomy, tasting a typical dish for continue our journey.
Transfer to the Sudan African Community
We will take the road again in the 4×4 vehicles to get closer to the Sudan African Community
Visit Sudan African Community
We will have the opportunity to meet the Sudan African Community, once a nomad community that is currently located in Khamlia Gnawa. There we will learn more about their traditional music and culture.
Transfer to the desert of Merzouga
The tour gives us the opportunity to appreciate the immensity of the desert.
Break in a hotel in the middle of the desert
We will have traditional Moroccan tea and we will have a rest area to enjoy the pool, which will give us the opportunity to cool off.
Start of camel trek to camp
The experience of travel the desert by camel will allow us to recognize an important part of the culture, you will receive accompaniment and we will tell you lots of stories that will make it easier for you to understand this custom. In addition, we will have the opportunity to appreciate the sunset in the middle of the desert.
Arrival at camp
Our camp will wait for us with a delicious meal and a campfire harmonized by a Berber music group, with whom we will be able to dance and sing while enjoying this music.
Day 2
Wake up in the camp
We will wake up enjoying the desert sunrise, we will pack our luggage to continue our journey.
Back to the hotel
Once again, we will take the way to the hotel on the camels, taking advantage of the morning atmosphere that the desert gives us.
Breakfast at the hotel
We can take a cool shower and eat breakfast to recharge for our last day.
Transfer back to Errachidia
We will head to your desired location in Errachidia with 4×4 vehicles and say our goodbyes.
